no you can go to the store and look at some of the options to harden your nails (I don't want to call it nailpolish but it's in a nailpolish like bottle) There are also hair, skin, %26amp; nail vitamins. You can find them in the vitaminsection it's a big brown bottle with a pink label that says hair skin %26amp; nails in purple. And if anyone asks your buying them for your girlfriend. Good Luck!
You could get a manicure, but men usually don't get the acrylics put on. I would suggest getting a product that you put on your nails that prevents you from biting them. I used to bite my nails all of the time, but I used some Sally Hansen nail biting stuff and stopped.

Don't put acrylics or fake nails like you call them. It will look like you are homo. Just get manicures or if you want put garlic in a clear nail polish and you will stop bit them. It tastes nasty and smells nasty too but it works.
