No, when you put fake nails on it ruins the nails under neath sothing about the glue.., sure they grow while ur wearing fake nials but not any faster or slower than normla you just think they've grown cos when u take the nails off theyw ere longer than before!
it doesn't make them grow anymore than normal, just prevents you from chewing or breaking them off, i personally find that when i take off the fake, and even gel nails that my real nails are thin and brittle due to the lack of oxygen
