also my nails hurt my finger tips are senstiveI just took off fake nails and they left my real nail brittle, anything to make them look good again?
I'm assuming you pryed them all off causing the pain... time will heal that, and next time use acetone to soak them off.
For now, you should be massaging cuticle oil into your nail and cuticle every day... this will stimulate growth and condition the nail so it won't be so brittle. If you don't have any cuticle oil, you can use cooking oils... many discount nail shops use that anyway because it's so cheap and it REALLY works.
You have about 3 months of ';growing out'; ahead of you before your nails will be ';normal'; again.I just took off fake nails and they left my real nail brittle, anything to make them look good again?
i would use hard as nails for a while
I don't know if this would work, but it might. Have some clear nail polish handy, then soak your fingertips in warm water for five minutes. Then dry them off, wait a minute for the surface to dry, then paint the nails with the clear polish to seal the moisture in.
Not putting on fake nails would help...... Sure it looks nice but the glue and the acrylic they use eats at your nail...... So just staying away is the only thing I can tell you.
wet sand them with 100 grit sand paper for about 15 minutes
try some moisturizing lotion. it should help.
You can either let them grow out with time or put them back on but get solar nails not acrylic they don't look as bad when you take them off.
keep stuff like Sally Hansen strong as nails on them...too keep them from breaking. also i have this stuff called green tea nutra nail and i love it..its kind of like an oil and it helps strengthen nails. you can get both of these things at walmart for inexpensive prices. good luck!
try getting that clear nail polish called hard as nails and apply it every other day....it helped mine....
there's nothing you can do, that's what happens when you get fake nails put on. just trim your nails so there's no brittle parts left and wait for them to grow out again.
use clear polish over them an in about a week or two u will see a diffrence
